Please fill out the form below to initiate the process of bringing a new puppy home from Wild Daisy Labradoodles. Submit the application and the deposit to fully reserve your puppy. Please note that while your preferences will certainly be considered, the litters conceived will dictate what is available. We cannot guarantee that all of your preferences will be available. However, we will make every attempt to provide you with the puppy of your dreams! We require applicants be willing to accept a puppy regardless of color or gender.  Email if you have any questions.

I certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct. I am also financially and physically able to care for this animal. I understand that proper food and veterinarian care can be costly and I am able to meet these requirements.

To begin the adoption process for a puppy from Wild Daisy Labradoodles please fill out and return this form with a deposit of $500 which will be applied towards the total purchase price of  $3500. This deposit is non-refundable for any reason other than the event that a puppy cannot be provided to you. The balance for your puppy must be paid prior to pick up unless other arrangements are made with WDL. We accept cashiers check, credit cards, venmo, zelle and cash. Final payment must be made  prior to the puppy leaving Wild Daisy Labradoodles. 


I confirm my intention to purchase an Australian Labradoodle puppy from Wild Daisy Labradoodles by payment of a deposit in the amount of $500.
