Please complete the application below to begin the process of bringing a new puppy home from Wild Daisy Labradoodles.Submitting the application and deposit reserves your place in the selection process. While we will consider your preferences for temperament, color, and gender, availability depends on each litter. We cannot guarantee that all of your preferences will be available. However, we will do our best to match you with the right puppy for your family. 

We require applicants be willing to accept a puppy regardless of color or gender.  Email or Call if you have any questions.

I certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct. I am also financially and physically able to care for this animal. I understand that proper food and veterinarian care can be costly and I am able to meet these requirements.

To fully reserve a Wild Daisy Labradoodle. Please complete the application and submit  

the  deposit  of $500, which will be applied to the total. 

This deposit is non-refundable for any reason other than the event that a puppy cannot be provided to you.

 

The balance for your puppy must be paid at pick up. We accept cashiers check,checks,  credit cards, venmo, zelle and cash. Final payment must be made  prior to the puppy leaving Wild Daisy Labradoodles. 


I confirm my intention to purchase an Australian Labradoodle puppy from Wild Daisy Labradoodles by payment of a deposit in the amount of $500.
